Transdiaspora Network Forges Alliance With NYC Church

New York, NY (June 27, 2022) – What an immense blessing for our team of having an informal and revealing dialogue with Rev. Joseph J. Jones, who has been instrumental in bringing together our Brooklyn-based organization Transdiaspora Network (TDN) and his Bronx-based church to implement our culturally competent PRE-primary prevention curriculum among Latinx youth who faced violence in the Bronx. TDN Youth Ambassador Alicia Rando has been invited to conduct a workshop there this summer.

This Pastor is not only a local Caribbean-descent religious leader, but also the Coordinator of Faith-based Programs and Initiatives at the NYC Commission on Human Rights.
