New York, NY (February 16, 2022) – Intervention of our non-governmental organization, Transdiaspora Network, at the 60th Commission for Social Development, where TDN Youth Ambassador Alicia Rando talked about youth leadership, digital gap, and quality education.

The 60th session of the Commission for Social Development (CSocD60) took place from 7 to 16 February 2022  at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The Commission is the advisory body responsible for the social development pillar of global development.

Priority Theme – Inclusive and resilient recovery from COVID-19 for sustainable livelihoods, well-being and dignity for all:  eradicating poverty and hunger in all its forms and dimensions to achieve the 2030 Agenda.
